The Holiday Special Box includes a deal on our top-tier, celebratory cuts. This box for the gourmet hosts who love lavishing their family and friends with cozy, thoughtfully prepared meals. Included are cuts that can feature in an elegant spread for Christmas, lamb lollipops with a cajun dip, a flaked salt crusted leg of lamb, a slow roasted leg for homemade gyros, or savory butterflied roast with any glaze you can imagine.

This box comes with two two racks of lamb, and two legs of lamb, adding up to 9.5-10.5 lbs. Included in the Holiday Special Box is our custom smokey dry rub, a free tea towel, and a printed cooking guide with additional recipes you can use to create a totally local, in-season holiday feast.

How This Works

• For our Rogue Valley/Siskiyou customers, you can pick your order up on the Tuesday immediately following your order between 8am-9am or between 6pm-7pm. Your pickup location will be emailed to you. If this pickup date/time does not work for you, contact us and we can arrange for something else!

• For our customers near the I-5 corridor between Grants Pass and Seattle, we will be delivering lamb boxes on November 27th to designated pickup locations in your town. Sign up for our email list to stay informed about our delivery trips!
